We focus on emerging technologies: AI/ML, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity. We are foremost an IT engineering company. As engineers, we build stuff! We built our own multi-cloud Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform/Attack Surface Management (CNAPP/ASM). The platform enforces security and compliance across all the major hyperscalers and is sold to the government through Carahsoft as CloudMatos and is also sold in the GCP Marketplace.
Our headquarters is in Livermore, CA. We hold a GSA MAS Schedule 54151-S with 54151HEAL and 518210C Cloud SINs. We also hold and have access to several Best-in-Class Tier III contract vehicles: DLA JETS2 (UNR), GSA OASIS+, VETS2, CIO-SP3SB, and NASA SEWP.
Core Competencies
AI/ML, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, automation, digital transformation, and agile application development. Our differentiator is in AI. We specialize in adaptive retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and agentic (supports multi-agent DoD MCP A2A protocol) empowering AI agents to communicate, collaborate, and delegate for context exchange between agents. 1. 5-year Army prime contract to provide field software engineering support to the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Legal Center & School, Charlottesville, VA
2. VHA Integrated Critical Staffing Program (ICSP) to provide doctors, nurses and health and IT professionals, administrative, clerical, and other technical support personnel across the agency
3. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) subcontractor to GDIT on the $45M Marketplace Assister Technical Support (MATS) contract for clinical data abstraction, validation, and adjudication support
